Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was quite disappointing. The rooms had a strange odor that just wouldn’t go away, and they were dirty overall, which was pretty unacceptable for the price. The service didn’t help either, as I encountered issues with my deposit not being returned. On the bright side, the location was perfect for exploring Fortitude Valley, which made getting around a breeze. However, I can’t overlook the cleanliness issues that plagued my visit.
I had high hopes for this hotel, especially with the lovely view and its close proximity to the valley. Unfortunately, my stay was marred by the state of the room – it was unclean and poorly maintained, which was disappointing for the price I paid. While the location made it easy to access shops and the city, the overall experience was just not worth the cost.
I had quite a mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, the location was very nice and made it easy to get around, and the potential amenities were appealing. On the downside, the cleanliness was a real issue, and I was disappointed with the service I received. It definitely felt overpriced for the quality I encountered.
I had mixed feelings about my stay. The hotel is situated in a lovely area with a fantastic view and easy access to the valley, which was a definite plus. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room, and the squeaky bed frame made for an uncomfortable night. The staff's service was hit-or-miss; while they were civil over the phone, they were not very responsive to my concerns during my stay.
I had a decent time at the hotel. The location is definitely a highlight since it’s easy to get around to shops and attractions. The room was a bit larger than I expected, although I did run into some issues with the bed frame being squeaky. The service left something to be desired, particularly with the handling of my deposit, which was quite frustrating. Overall, it’s a suitable place for couples not expecting to spend too much time in their room.
